Support

Up to 4 hours of monthly support for changes and maintenance exclusively related to pages. Customers opting for this plan can avail assistance for keeping their pages up-to-date and optimized. All other work in any other module will be billed at the agency rate of $150 per hour.

Full Funnel Support

Comprehensive management of 1 complete product funnel. Landing pages, email sequences, pop-ups, image placement, design, and product management for up to 10 hours per month.

This option is suitable for customers who require full-fledged support and strategic guidance for their entire product funnel with the exception of membership site management.

Support

For customers who primarily need assistance with pages and products (excluding membership areas and sequences), this plan offers up to 8 hours of monthly support. It covers tasks related to pages and products' maintenance, optimization, and updates. Any work beyond this scope or involving other modules will be billed at the agency rate of $150 per hour.

1. Discount for Annual Commitment:  If you commit to an annual contract we’ll provide an additional 10% discount. If you pay in full for the year, we’ll provide a 15% discount. 


2. Priority Support: Priority access to our support team for quicker response times and issue resolution.


3. Flexible Upgrading and Check-ins:

You’ll have  flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your plan as per their evolving needs with 30 days notice.
